Repairs & Maintenance

Chic Awning Concepts offers you a chance to have peace of mind where your home protection is concerned. We offer our full maintenance program for you that will ensure that your hurricane shutters are functioning properly and effortlessly, should the need occur. Depending on your needs you can sign up for one of the above levels of our maintenance programs.

- Lubricate shutter tracks

- Make adjustments as needed
- Replace missing screws or tap cons
- Give report to owner of any work needed to bring shutters up to code
The cost is based on the square footage of your shutters and the amount of openings your home or business has. Should your shutters require additional repair, or replacement our representatives will only be too happy to offer you your choices and a discount on any replacement shutters required.

Chic Awning & Shutter Concepts specializes in designing complete storm protection packages for condominium complexes. Currently, we are servicing a series of condominium complexes in Southern Florida. Assembling hurricane shutters for Mizner Tower in Boca Raton, Florida on-site supplied us with the know how to service any multi-unit complex.
