Our aluminum shutters are chip and fade proof because of our extensive painting process where each individual shutter is:
- Cleaned with caustic chemicals
- Rinsed
- Run through a formula of chlorate phosphate
- Rinsed twice
- Dried off in a special oven
- Painted with reciprocating discs @ 28,000 rpm
- Treated with positive electrical charges which wrap around it so that it will not chip
- Colored using powder coating which melts down using a wet electrostatic process
- Baked and cured

The Orlando is a conventional shutter system which:

- Components constructed of T6063 extruded aluminum alloy
- Available in four basic colors: beige, ivory, white, bronze (special colors available upon request)
