The Fabric will be:

removed and delivered to the factory
dipped in a solution filled vat for 48 hours where pollutants and soils dissolve
dried for 24- 48 hours
treated with Sunbrella's exclusive Silicone treatment - to protect against dirt and increase water resistance
reinstalled or stored until spring (see options below)

Prices for Professional Cleaning Service:

12'x 10' = $530.
15' x 10' = $615.
19' x 10' = $725.
26' x 11'6" = $875.

Options:

Frame cleaning and lubrication: $25.
Sewing seams: $50 - $150.
Winter storage (spring reinstallation) $100.

THE DO-IT-YOURSELF HOME AWNING FABRIC CLEANING SOLUTION

Extend awning fully - drop it down (if variable pitch model)
Rinse with hot water (do NOT use power washer)
Scrub the fabric with soft brush (not wire) very hard
Rinse again
Allow to dry
If stains still exist - the CHIC professional cleaning process will remove them
